RUSSIAN President Dmitry Medvedev’s Mercedes Benz limousine at the State House in Windhoek, Namibia. The Russians came with a delegation of 450 businessmen/women and other personel, including about 50 journalists, and flew their own VIP limo to Eqypt, Nigeria, Angola and Namibia.
